From Charlotte: Go South on I77 to Exit 82C (To York). Bear off to the right (Hwy 161). Go to the fifth red light, turn left onto India Hook (there will be a Burger King and Mayflower Restaurant on the left), go straight. You will go through four red lights. India Hook Road changes to South Herlong at the third red light. Pass Piedmont Medical Center and take the second entrance to the right (parking lot). Rock Hill Radiation Therapy Center will be at the edge of the road.
