Billing & Financial Assistance

When faced with a cancer diagnosis, the last worry on your mind should be a medical bill. And yet, for many oncology patients, the cost of cancer care is a leading concern.

To help relieve this financial burden, SERO offers a variety of flexible payment options. We also strive to connect uninsured patients with resources and relief programs.

Billing Process

After receiving care from a SERO provider, your medical bill will be mailed. You can pay your bill one of three ways:

Pay Your Bill Online

We offer convenient online billing support through our secure digital portal. To pay online, you will need your account number. This can be found on your paper statement.

Pay Your Bill by Phone

After receiving your paper statement, you can call (704) 680-6570 and we will process your credit card information over the phone.

For confidentiality purposes, we will need your account number and other patient-identifying information before we can discuss your account.

Pay Your Bill by Mail

You can also mail a check to:

Southeast Radiation Oncology Group, P.A.
200 Queens Rd., Ste. 400
Charlotte, NC 28204

If mailing a payment, please detach the payment coupon from your statement and mail it back in the return envelope. An account number must accompany all payments to ensure the payment is correctly applied.

Do You Have a Question About Your Bill?

If you have a billing question, please contact the oncology department at your respective cancer center or clinic location.

Payment Plan Availability

To accommodate all patients, regardless of income, we offer flexible payment plan options. To establish a payment plan, call (704) 680-6570 to speak with a customer service representative.

Note: If your balance isn’t paid in full in two years, we will send the balance to a collection agency to maintain.
