CaroMont Cancer Center Recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Pink Lighting of Entrance and Fountain

CaroMont Cancer Center recognizes breast cancer awareness month with pink lighting of the entrance and fountain. The cancer program has offered a multi-discipline breast cancer patient evaluation weekly clinic for the last 3 -4 years. This program allows a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient to meet a breast cancer navigator and see the 4 main specialist in Breast Cancer Care all in a single 2 to 3 hour visit. The program also offers a bi-monthly breast cancer specific tumor board to review new and ongoing cases with the physician team. The program is certified by the NAPBC or National Accreditation Programs for Breast Centers.
